Vaccine Choice for New Jersey

New Jersey Coalition for Vaccination Choice

Today is the extended deadline for forced flu shots for young children in New Jersey, the day schools across the state threaten to kick students out if they haven’t taken the mercury-laden vaccine. Every year sees more forced and/or pressured vaccinations, many dozens now in New Jersey. The flu shot is particularly unnecessary. An average of two kids a year die from flu in the state and this flu season has only seen two pediatric deaths in the entire country. Yes, every death is a shame but why are we kicking kids out of school and spending billions of dollars in flu shots for a largely non-lethal disease.

New Jersey is also known as the state with the highest concentration of autism. I’ve met sane-seeming parents of special-needs kids who say the symptoms started right after a vaccination. I’m no expert but I’ve read enough to know the doctors and pharmaceutical companies have no clue about the cumulative effect of all these vaccinations. They took our little one Francis in to school this morning despite not having the shot. We’re keeping our fingers crossed.

Other New Jersians wanting to know more can check out the New Jersey Coalition for Vaccination Choice for more about the movement to have parents these choices for their kids.

Yup, we’re sane. In fact, most of us are highly educated. We saw what happened to our kids, and started researching. We leave no stone unturned. And that makes Big Pharma and Big Medical and Big Government unhappy.
Too many, too soon, too toxic.

Hey Martin, I used to be a regular poster at nonviolence.org until for reasons not known to me, you stopped the discussion board. You know I remember your baby was just born around that time. You may not remember me, but I used to love posting with other members at your site when the US invasion of Iraq was at it’s peak. Vaccination is a issue close to my heart now. You may like to visit http://www.forums.beyondvaccination.com for some great minds thinking and debating about this very important and crucial issue.

Hi Dee: thanks, that looks great. I just looked through it and bookmarked it for later use.

The Nonviolence.org board was draining all of my time and attention. Between constant upgrades from keeping it from being hacked and constant cat-and-mouse games with extreme troublemakers it was too costly. I moved the site over to a social “Ning” site last year and there’s all sorts of discussion boards and Blog forums there: .

Since I work in a large public school, I cringe at the idea that some of my students may not be vaccinated against serious illnesses. However, I share your concerns about the link between autism and vaccines. I do NOT completely trust the recent government reports de-linking these two, and — call me cynical — but it’s because a) the vaccine manufacturers have the government in their pockets, and b) the government, believe it or not, has been known to lie.

And requiring the flu shot for otherwise healthy kids is just dumb. I had my first-ever flu shot a few years ago, and I was sick for the next four days.

Interestingly, the legal cases that have been awarded to plaintiffs have shown a connection between vaccines and viral-induced brain trauma (which is in turn connected to autism) while specifically avoiding the connection to Autism. In these cases the judges have explicitly agreed that there is some connection between the two. In the cases where “Autism” is to be proved the courts have sided with Big Pharma. Thus, when courts say the vaccine=autism link has been “struck down” what they appear to be striking down is really the semantic connection, and not the medical one.

I want to move to New Jersey (Fairlawn) in three or four months with my Ukrainian wife and her 7 year old son. However, I will NOT move there with the current (sick) “Mandatory” vaccination schedule! Any ideas on how to opt out of this? Philosophical or religious exemptions?
