Posts are filed by categories; font size corresponds to number of posts.
Key words and phrases are automatically pulled out of each post and become "tags." This list is larger and more inclusive than the category sort. Numbers after each tag correspond to official tag count, though more posts will often be listed on each tag page.
I use the photo sharing site Flickr to organize my online images. They have a lot of easy ways to upload photos (I simply email them from Picasa, which I use to keep them organized on my hard drive). Flickr allows for tagging, a way of categorizing photos by multiple topics. Below on the left are four random photos from some of my favorite topics; on the right is a category tagcloud.
